Welcome to Higher Ground, USA
Higher Ground USA exists to encourage growth and transformation in the lives of people. We are a faith-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization committed to facilitating adventure from a Christian worldview. We use outdoor activities like backpacking, rock climbing, rappelling, caving, and rafting to create positive learning environments that promote development in the lives of our participants. Our programs are designed to encourage personal and spiritual growth, strengthen interpersonal and organizational relationships, and develop leadership potential.
Higher Ground USA specializes in designing programs that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each group. We work with each client individually to assess goals and objectives, taking into consideration factors like group size, experience level and preferred activities. The result is an exceptional experience that affords participants the occasion to grow through challenge, explore through reflection, and learn through experience.
The Participant Experience
Right now I would be doing jumping jacks to in front of my tent, diving into my sleeping bag and then doing crunches to warm myself up, and yet somehow I miss it.
